All jukeboxes MUST be picked up and returned in a dock height, closed-air truck.  The truck must allow the jukebox to stand upright- it cannot be moved on its side or back.  You must arrive with straps to secure the item and moving blankets; you will need a dolly at your location.  Items will not be allowed to leave Zap in open air vehicles or vehicles that are not dock height, and refunds will not be given if your vehicle does not meet these requirements.
