This item MUST be picked up and returned in a dock height truck.  No open air vehicles.
 
It is EXTREMELY heavy.  You really cannot lift it with just people.  This is why it needs to be picked up in a dock height truck or in a truck with a liftgate if your location does not have a dock. 
 
You must roll the bed at all times to avoid shifting the mechanical parts that control the bed.

    Zap does not offer pick up or delivery.

    Items must be returned in the condition they were rented in.
