This piece has a space and mounting points on the front (below the cushion) for a sign and on the back for a mounted TV. This sign space is 39"W x 14"H and the TV space is 16" x 16".
 
1 of a kind - This piece has some slight  sun discoloration on it's back right corner (see photo 3 above). Pictures 4-8 show step by step how to assemble and disassemble the chair. Picture 9 has a full diagram showing the process. 
 
Due to the large size of this piece is must be fully disassembled for transport. It is the responsiblity of the renter to assemble the item following the directions laid out above. Subsequently, we expect the item to be returned in its disassembled state.
